During the course and finalising of the design works within the stages DÚR, DOS, and DSP, negotiations take place with the relevant public administration bodies and network administrators. In cooperation with our external co-workers, we perform geodetic works, radon potential surveys, geological and hydrogeological surveys, assessment of building engineering physics, EPC elaboration, environmental protection documentation, ensure an OHS coordinator and other tasks necessary for successful realisation of the project.
Design is generally processed at various stages and for various purposes. We offer the complete elaboration of documentation for siting permit, notification of a structure (DOS) or building permit documentation (DSP), documentation for contractor selection, construction performance documentation (DPS). Furthermore, we process the actual construction performance documentation (DSPS), the construction file containing basic information on the building including as-built documents, and demolition works documentation (DBP).
