About us
Němec-projekce s r.o. was originally founded under the name Delta-projekt Lanškroun in 1992. In 2009, the company became a legal entity and changed its company name which has been kept ever since. We are based in Lanškroun, however, we perform our activities across Eastern Bohemia, central Bohemia, the Olomouc region as well as in Prague where we hold our “second” office.
We provide construction project design activities and ensure complete design with respect to all types of above-ground constructions. In order to be able to take on projects concerning all stages of construction design even of the highest-demand, our company cooperates with a group of authorised civil engineers and technicians as well as external employees.
We have over 25 years of experience in construction project design and engineering of above-ground constructions.

- Architectural drafting and above-ground construction planning
- Design elaboration at all stages - planning permit documentation (DÚR), documentation associated with notification of a structure (DOS), building permit (DSP), tender documentation (TD), construction performance documentation (DPS), actual construction performance documentation (DSPS), documentation on alteration of a structure (ZSPD), demolition works documentation (DBP).
- Reconstruction and construction site modification
- Construction file containing basic information on the building including as-built documents
- Designer’s and technician’s supervision over constructions
